- Send Confirmation Letters to Clients via Email:
Entering a booking is a breeze! For existing clients, select them out of a list and then click "New Reservation". For new clients, enter their contact information first. Enter the guide trips and then send a confirmation letter with the click of your mouse!
- Create Invoices for your Outfitter: Many guides are required to periodically invoice their outfitters to receive payment. LodgeRunner makes this really easy. Create a new invoice, add the trips, and then print it or email it straight to your outfitter.
- Display your Availability on your own Website: Some guides like to post their availability on their website. LodgeRunner does this for you automatically! Just insert a snippet of html into one of your web pages, and you can display your availability in one of several formats. You can show a calendar or a simple list of upcoming open days. This is an optional feature, and by default outside users cannot view your availability.
- Export email lists and print mailing labels: You can easily export email lists and address lists. LodgeRunner will also print mailing labels in a variety of formats.
